Early C19th French console table of serpentine form with an ebonised top and carved base with cream and gilt decoration. The frieze with a central carved shell flanked by foliate carving leading onto carved stylised shells to the corners, above scrolled legs adorned with similar carving, joining at the base with central cartouche. French, circa 1830.
